用DIGFA,ELISA两种免疫诊断方法检测包虫病的综合评价

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore jinbiao immune filtration method with rapid detection antibody specificity hydatid with ELISA test hydatid antibody and immune diagnostic value. Methods With four kinds of antigen detection method of DIGFA respectively,healthy people infected echinococcosis,suspected patients infected blood serum antibodies echinococcosis and specific conventional ELISA for parallel detection and compared. Results DIGFA method to detect echinococcosis patients serum antibodies sensitivity of 96.1% specificity (74/77),specific 100% (20 /20) testing results as ELISA,Different insects infected antibody levels between the number of Hollywood had no significant difference (P>0. 05). Conclusion With four league antigen detection infected patients sefum bag cysticercosis specific antibodies had good sensitivity and specificity,there was no significant difference between groups. Compared with ELISA DIGFA method the former is more convenient,quick,without special equipment,could a single copy detection,suitable for parasites clinical and epidemiologi-cal survey. If could further purification with antigen detection,capsule antigens and bubble antigens,between the specificity of more great potential applications value.关键词
