妊高症孕妇乳酸及乳酸脱氢酶含量的变化
Change Levels of Lactic Acid and Lactate Dehydrogenase in Pregnancy Hypertension Patients

Abstract
Objective To discusse change levels of lactic acid and lactate dehydrogenase in pregnancy hypertension patients. Methods Selected 60 woman diagnosed pregnancy-induced hypertension in hospital as the study team. Also take age and gestational period in the normal expectant mothers are comparable in 40 cases as control group. In the morning the empty stomach picks the blood determination lactic acid and the lactic dehydrogenase content. Results Levels of the lactic acid and lactate dehydrogenase in severe hypertension patients were significantly higher than those in the control group (P< 0.05). Severe pregnancy-induced hypertension group compared with mild pregnancy-induced hypertension groups there were still significantly differences (P<0. 05). The contents and the severity of the pregnancy-induced hypertension were positively correlated. Conclusions Lactic acid could be used as a biological monitoring index for pregnancy-induced hypertension,especially had the guiding sense with the lactic dehydrogenase united examination to the clinical care and the prognosis.关键词
