目的 研究Ki67基因、张力蛋白同源基因(PTEN)和存活素(survivin)在视网膜母细胞瘤(RB)中表达及临床意义.方法 收集RB 44例和正常视网膜组织10例,采用免疫组织化学方法检测Ki67,PTEN和survivin的表达,并分析它们的表达与RB患者性别、临床分期、视神经受侵犯情况和分化程度之间关系.结果 在正常视网膜组织中Ki67和survivin表达均为阴性,PTEN表达均为阳性.在RB组织中,Ki67,PTEN和survivin…查看全部>>
Objective To study the expressions of Ki67,PTEN and survivin in retinoblastoma (RB) tissue and discuss their clinical significance. Methods The expressions of Ki67,PTEN and survivin were detected by immunohistochemistry in 44 cases of RB slice and 10 normal retinal tissues.and analysed their relation with gender,clinical stage, op tic nerve invasion and differentiation degree in the patients with RB.
