2010年临床分离病原菌分布特点及耐药性分析

Abstract
Objective To analyse the distribution and antibiotic resistance of 3 476 infection pathogens in first affiliated hospital of medical college of Xi'an Jiaotong university in 2010,for providing reference for clinical therapy. Methods The I-dentification of bacteria were determined by VITEK- I and API system .drug sensitivity test were determined by K-B disk diffusion method. Results There were 3 476 strains were separated from hospital clinical samples in 2010. The top ten clinical isolates were Escherichia colt, Acinetobacter baumannii, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylo-coccus aureus, Enterococcus faecium, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Enterococcus faecalis,Stenotrophomonas maltophilia and Enterobacter cloacae. The prevalence of metkicillin-resistant S. Aureus (MRSA) reached 72. 9% percent,the prevalence of Extended-spectrum-beta-lactamase (ESBLs~) in Escherichia colt and Klebsiella pneumoniae were 58- 7% and 63. 4% .respectively. Vancomycin,Teicoplanin,Linezolid remained high activity against gram-positive cocci,had not found the resistant strains ;Carbapenems and cefoperazone/sulbactam had high sensitivity for Enterbacteriaceae bacteria. Among the non fer-menters bacteria,Acinetobacter baumannii and Pseudomonas aeruginosa assumed multi-drug resistance(MDR). Conclusion The multiple-drug resistant of the nosocomial infection bacteria is quite serious. Clinical laboratory should strengthen monitoring to the distribution of pathogens and drug-resistant,it has important meaning for clinical therapy.关键词
