摘要
Abstract
To investigate the effect of rebamipide on liver mitochondria in NSAIDs enteropathy model in mice. Methods The model group was induced by intragastric administration with diclofenac( 2. 5 mg/kg ) in mice. Normal group and model group were intragastric administrated with solvent, glutamine group and rebamipide group were intragastric administrated with the glutamine ( 1 000 mg/kg ) and rebamipide ( 400 mg/kg ) respectively. At the end of the experiment, the parameters of mitochondrial function including the mitochondrial swelling and membrane protential, mitochondrial NADH levels, SDH and ATPase activities were measured. At the same time, the changes of mitochondrial morphological in the small intestinal mucosa were detected by electron microscope. Results Compared with normal group, the small intestinal epithelial in model group showed the mitochondrial swelling and mitochondria cristac breaking, with the mitochondrial membrane potential significantly changed. The NADH content;SDH and ATPase were activity decreased significantly( P <0. 01 ). At the mitochondrial level, rebamipide could evidently increase the SDH, ATPase activities and NADH levels, decrease the swelling extent significantly. Conclusion Rebamipide has a protective effect on liver mitochondria in NSAIDs enteropathy model in mice.关键词
