医用硫酸钙Osteoset在修复犬下颌骨骨缺损中的作用
The effect of medical grade calcium sulfate on promoting bone regeneration in mandibular bone defects in dogs
摘要
Abstract
To explore the effect of medical grade calcium sulfate ( Osteoset ) to enhance bone regeneration in mandibular bone defects in dogs. Methods Four dogs of 8 mandibular were performed, the Osteoset was added to the defects in the test group and hydroxyapatlte( HA ) was used in control group. Two dogs were sacrificed at 4 and 8 weeks after operation respectively. These specimens were treated with X-ray, ESEM and histologic analysis. Results After four weeks, there were almost degradation of the material and the defects were filled with new bones which were not mature formation intest group, but no degradation of the material and few new bones were formed in control group. In the eight weeks, degradation of the material was completed and new bones formation were mature intest group, the material was partly degraded and new bones were formed but not mature in control group. Conclusion The Osteoset can improve bone regeneration and elevate healing effect in mandibular defects in dogs.关键词
