Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effectiveness of "T" acupotome and manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of item ligament contracture type. Methods:80 patients with cervical spondylosis of item ligament contracture type were randomly divided into two groups. Forty patients in observation group were treated with acupotome and manipulation, and those in control group were with acupuncture at points in the neck . Results: In observation group,the curative rate was 32. 5% and the total effective rate was 90%. In control group, the curative was 12. 5% and the total effective rate was 80%. There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:The "T" acupotome and manipulation has a definite effect in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of item ligament contracture type.关键词
