摘要
Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the reason, prevention and treatment of incision infection and abdominal abscess after laparo-scopic appendectomy (LA) for acute appendicitis. Methods:The clinical data of 128 patients with acute appendicitis who underwent e-mergency LA were retrospectively analyzed. Results: After LA,incision infection was found in 5 cases,the infection rate was 3. 90% , abdominal abscess occurred in 4 patients (3. 12% ). Conclusions: As the improvement of LA technology, the incision pollution can be effectively avoided. Clean incision can reduce the risk of incision infection and abdominal abscess formation.关键词
