珍稀濒危植物张氏红山茶花的花发育形态及生理特性研究

Abstract
The flower development morphology and physiological characteristics of Camellia changii Ye,one of the endangered and rare species, were investigated. The formation sites and five developmental stages of flower buds were I-dentified by observation,statistics and freehand section. Meanwhile.the dynamic changes among soluble sugar,soluble protein and nucleic acid contents were mensurated by ultraviolet absorption method. The results showed that flower buds sites were mainly located on the top of shoots,accounting for about 70. 0% {formation sites of flower and leaf buds competed with each other. Flower buds at different stages had different trend among soluble sugar,soluble protein and nucleic acid contents. The soluble sugar content was the highest in all stages; soluble protein had the highest content at middle stage(Stage 3); the rate of contents among soluble sugar,nucleic acid and soluble protein were about 10∶2∶1 in Stage 5.关键词
