针刺单穴、多穴对轻中度痛经患者止痛作用的比较——六论取穴组方规律研究的重要性
Preliminary Comparison on the Role of Pain - Relieving in the Treatment of Mild and Moderate Dysmenorrhea between Acupuncture of Single Point and Acupuncture of Multipoints——The Importance of Prescription Acupoints Rule(Ⅵ)
摘要
Abstract
Objective:The prescription acupoint rule is one of the core issues of acupuncture. However, the current study does not make substantive progress. This paper discusses the analgesic effect of primary dysmenor-rhea by observing a single point and multiple points of acupuncture. Methods: 140 patients were divided randomly into two groups. 70 patients in each group, one group was treated by acupuncture in 17 vertebra point, the other was acupunctured in multipoints. Observed in each group 57 patients with moderate pain, and mild pain patients in each group for 45 times. Both groups continued to use the needles for 30mins once a day. All patients received acupuncture in the treatment of pain onset. Record respectively the VAS on the point of before acupuncture, needle remaining for 5 min, 10 min, 20 min, 30 min, and 30 min, 60 min, 120 min after needle withdrawal. Results: Whether patients with mild pain or moderate pain patients, Multi - points group in the analgesic effect of multiple time points significantly better than that in single - point group, but the analgesic effect of multi - points group and the number and proportion between acupoints. Conclusion: Appropriate acupoints can improve efficacy, but there is a limit number of acupoints and the points are not compatible synergy.关键词
