Effects of JZTX-V on withdrawl symptoms in morphine dependent mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the treatment effects of Jingzhaotoxin-V(JZTX-V) on with-drawl symptoms aroused by Naloxone precipitation. Methods The mice models with morphine addiction were divided in 5, 50, 500 and 1000 (μ/kg JZTX-V groups and each dose affected on the jumping times of mice after withdrawl. Results The JZTX-V reduced the jumping times of mice during the 15 minutes after withdrawl, and the doses 5, 50 and 500 μg/kg JZTX-V were significant to inhibit the jumping times (P<0.05 and P<0.01). Conclusion When the doses between 5 and 500 μg/kg, JZTX-V can significantly reduce jumping times of mice after withdrawl, which may be a leading molecule to be getting rid of drugs.关键词
