Contents determination of protopine, allocryptopine, sanguinarine and chelerythrine in fruit of Macleaya cordata with method of multi-assay depending on one determination
摘要
Abstract
Objective To set up a method of multi-assay depending on one determination to detect the contents of umarine, allocryptopine, sanguinarine and chelerythrine in fruit of Macleaya cordata (Willd.)R.Br. Methods The fruit of Macleaya cordata was studied to set up the relative correction factors of allocryptopine, sanguinarine and chelerythrine for detecting protopine, and the factors were used to measure the contents of allocryptopine, sanguinarine and chelerythrine, and then, the method was set up. At the same time, other measurements used to detect the contents of the four alkaloids, comparing the two methods to validate the accuracy and feasibility of the new method. Results Four alkaloids contents in 9 batches of Macleaya cordata were used the new method to determine, and there were no significant differences. Conclusion The new method is feasible and accurate to evaluate the contents of the four alkaloids in fructus of Macleaya cordata.关键词
