Abstract
Objective To set up a quality standard of Tongxuan Yiqi pills. Methods Hhe TLC method was used for identifying Flos Lonicerae Japonicae, Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Radix Astragali. The content of Baicali was determined by HPLC. Results Flos Lonicerae Japonicae, Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Radix Astragali could be detected with TLC without any disturbing; the baicalin was detected with HPLC in a good linear relation within the range of 0.14-0.84 μg, r=0.999 6, the average recovery rate was 96.83% and RSD was 1.75%. Conclusion The method is suitable for the quality control of Tongxuan Yiqi pills.关键词
