昆明滇紫草的生药学研究
Pharmacognostic study of Radix Onosma cingulatum
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the pharmacognostic identification of Onosma cingulatum W. W.smith et J.E.Jeffrey. Methods The identified subjects were sources, characters, microscopic observations, and physical and chemical determinations. Results Onosma cingulatum is the dried radix of Onosma cingulatum W.W.smith et J.E.Jeffrey. The detailed identification features were described; β, β'-dimethylacrylalkannin and acetylshikonin were detected in the drug with TLC. Conclusion The study offers the basis of identification, development and utilization of Onosma cingulatum, and setting its quality standards.关键词
