摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Huangqi Tongmai decoction on thrombus unenlightened vasculitis in lower limb. Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into treatment group taking Huangqi Tongmai decoction and control group taking vein drop of defibrase, 45 patients per group. After one treatment course of 15 days, the total curative effect and the changes of inside diameter of dorsum pedis artery blood vessel, speed and quantity of blood stream, and the Chinese medicine syndromes were evaluated. Results The total effective rate was 88.9% in treatment group and 76.7% in control group (P<0.05); The changes differences of inside diameter of dorsum pedis artery blood vessel, speed and quantity of blood stream between before and after treatment in same group were significant (P <0.01, P <0.05), all the differences between before and after treatment in two groups were significant (P<0.01), which in treatment was better than that in control group. The changes differences of TCM symptoms between two groups were significant(p＜0.05). Conclusion Huangqi Tongmai decoction can relieve the pain and effectively improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life of the patients.关键词
