昆明地区高血压人群中医体质分布特点调查分析
Study on distribution characteristics of constitution classification in TCM in multitude with high blood pressure in Kunming area

Abstract
Objective To study on distribution characteristics of constitution classification in TCM in multitude with high blood pressure accompanying with heart failure in some area of Kunming city and explore the relativity between the constitution classification in TCM and the disease. Methods the standardized scales including nine kinds of constitution classification in TCM were applied to make a cross sectional survey. Results The 414 valid questionnaires included 376 patients with hypertension and 38 normal subjects. In the group with hypertension, 117 cases were in gentleness constitution, 86 cases in simple partial constitution and 173 cases in biased constitution. The most common constitution was the Qi -deficiency type in all the multitude, and the differences of multitude constitutions in TCM between normal blood pressure, high blood pressure and hypertension patients accompanying with heart failure were signifi-cant(P<0.05). Conclusion The constitution classification in TCM is complex, and the constitution of Qi -deficiency type in the aged people with hypertension is popular, the constitution of Yang-deficiency type is the decisive factor to occur hypertension companying heart failure, and the blood stasis and phlegm-dampness constitutions are also the important factors in the disease.关键词
