腹腔镜造口旁疝补片修补术的临床体会

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the technique and efficiency of laparoscnpic mesh repair of parastomal hernia. Methods: The clinical data of 38 patients who were performed laparoscopic mesh repair of parastomal hernia from Jun. 2008 to Oct. 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Laparoscopic mesh repair was successfully performed for 35 patients, three were converted to open procedure because of extensive adhesion ( n = 2 ) and bowel damage ( n = 1). The average operative time was 90min ( range ,60-125 min ). The mean diameter of hernia defect was 6 cm (range ,4-9 cm). The mean postoperative hospital stay was 6. 5 d (range,5-9 d).The se-roma was found in 3 patients, who were cured by needle aspiration and pressure bandage. There were no death, infection or bowel fistula occurred and no hemia recurrence was observed during the 7-35 months follow up (mean 18 months). Conclusions: Laparoscopic mesh repair is a safe and feasible method for parastomal hernia with satisfying short-term operative result.关键词
