伤速康贴膏对兔膝骨性关节炎模型关节液中IL-1、IL-6及TNF-α水平的影响
Effects of Shangsukang emplastrum on IL-1, IL-6 and TNR-α levels in synovia fluid of knee osteoarthritis in rabbits
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of Shangsukang emplastrum on IL-1, IL-6 and TNR-α levels in synovia fluid of knee osteoarthritis in rabbits. Methods 30 Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into model group (Ga), Shangsukang group (Gb) and Gutong group (Gc). The rabbits in Gb and Gc were established the model by ameliorated Hulth's method and the models were reformed 5 weeks later, and then, they were treated by Shangsukang emplastrum and Gutong emplastrum in 4 weeks, and in Ga they were not be treated. At the 2nd and the 4th week, the radiography examination was taken and the contents of IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α in each group were determined respectively on the right knees. Results At both two time points, the degeneration changes in knee in Gb and Gc were lighter than Ga, all the IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α in Gb and Gc were lower than Ga (P>0.01), but the difference between Gb and Gc was no sgnificant (P>0.05). Conclusion Shangsukang emplastrum can prevent and cure knee os-teoarthritis, which may be acted on lowering the content of IL-l,IL-6 and TNF-α in synovia fluid.关键词
