丁羟推进剂微观结构的统计特性分析
Statistical Character Analysis on Microstructure of HTPB Propellant

Abstract
In order to characterize the conformation of HTPB propellant, microstructures of the propellant were obtained by MCT scanning and numerical method respectively. Solid particles in mathematic model were considered as disks and spheres, 2D and 3D microstructure models of HTPB propellant were built up using a random packing algorithm based on molecular dynamics. Monte-Carlo method was used to calculate the two-point probability function of the numerical structure. The results show that the microstructure is ergodic, statistical homogeneous and isotropic. The statistical character length of HTPB propellant is 675 μm. The method offers numerical models to analysis of combustion and mechanics of HTPB propellant on microscale.关键词
