CO2激光辐照拟微绿球藻的当代生物学效应研究
A Study of the Contemporary Biological Effect of Nannochloropsis sp.YW0980 under CO2-laser

Abstract
Nannochloropsis sp. YW0980 was irradiated with does of 30 ss60 3,90 s of CO2-laser ( wave length 10.6 (xm, power 10 w, light beam length 74 cm). The following parameters were used in assays:pigment, polysaccha-ride, protein and lipid content. The results indicated: the growth and metabolites accumulation of the algae were promoted by all three doses of CO2-laser. The growth and pigment accumulation of the algae were improved most obviously under the dose of 60 s, but the accumulation of polysaccharide, protein and lipid content were improved most obviously under the dose of 30 s. Compared with the control group,the algae' s polysaccharide, protein and lipid content increased by 51.05% ( exocellular polysaccharide), 289.45% (total polysaccharide) , 37.05% , 172. 16% , respectively.关键词
