电针对单纯性肥胖大鼠无排卵机制的影响
Mechanism underlying the electric acupuncture improves the anovulation in simple obesity rats

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effects of electric acupuncture on the ovulating mechanism in obese rats induced by high fat diet Methods:The obese infertile rats were duplicated by fed high-energy diet to ablactated female SD rats, and then, were randomly untreated used as control or treated with electric acupuncture. The expression of neuropeptide Y (NRY) and gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) in the arcuate nucleus of hypothalamus, and levels of estradiol (E2), testosterone (T) , leptin, follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luleinizing hormone (LH) in serum were detected. The parameters a-bove-mentioned were analyzed among the normal rats, which were fed with normal diet, control rats and electric acupuncture treated rats. Results: Compared with control rats, electric acupuncture caused significant decrease in levels of E2, T and leptin, and increase in levels of FSH and LH in serum. In the arcuate nucleus of hypothalamus, the expression of NPY was down-regulated, while the expression of GnRH was up-regulated due to the application of electric acupuncture. Conclusion:Electric acupuncture can depress the proportion of anovulatory infertility induced by obesity through modulating the neuroen-docrine metabolism and reducing dysfunction of the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis.关键词
