Ultrastructure of apoptosis and oncosis in embryonic mouse kidney
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the ultrastructures of apoptosis and oncosts in embryonic mouse kidneys. Methods: Transmission electron microscope was used in this study. Results: Oncosis could be found as a programmed cell death in embryonic mouse kidneys. However it was less obvious than apoptosis. Cytoplasm swelling of oncosis was the principal difference from apoptosis which had condensed cytoplasm. Conclusion: Apoptosis is more principle as programmed cell death than oncosis during kidney development.关键词
