摘要
Abstract
To explore a surgical treatment for incarcerated hemorrhoid which can prevent anal stenosis and reduce postoperative complications. Methods Three hundreds patients with incarcerated hemorrhoid were randomly assigned to two groups. The treatment group received external dissection and internal ligation plus selectively releasing part of the internal sphincter, and the control group received conventional external dissection and internal ligation. Effectiveness, the healing time and postoperative complications were observed and analyzed between the two groups. Results The healing time and postoperative complications between control group and treatment group were significantly different. Conclusion Treating incarcerated hemorrhoid with external dissection and internal ligation plus selectively releasing part of the internal sphincter is simple operation, safety, short hospitalization time,light postoperative complications,and with reliable effect.关键词
