Abstract
Objective.-To compare the clinical effects of four treatment stratigies in early-onset preeclamp-sia. Methods-.90 cases of early-onset preeclampsia women from the obstetric department of the Second Xiangya Hospital of the Central South University were recruited in this trial. The patients were randomly divided into four groups: magnesium sulfate therapy group(magnesium sulfate group) .magnesium sulfate and salvia miltiorrhiza therapy group (magnesium sulfate + SM group), magnesium sulfate and low-molecular weight heparin therapy group(magnesium sulfate + LMWH group) and magnesium sulfate and salvia miltiorrhiza and low-molecular weight heparin therapy group (magnesium sulfate + SM + LMWH group). Clinical data of paripartum and 24-hour urine protein were analyzed to compare the effects of four treatments. Results : ?Magnesium sulfate plus SM group ( 96.43%) had better effect on controlling the symptoms than magnesium sulfate group (71.05%), the difference was significant ( P < 0.05). ? Three days after the treatment, comparing the improvement of laboratory parameters, especially for 24-hour urine protein quantitative value, magnesium sulfate group (5.44 ±0.37 g) had higher level than the other three groups (P < 0. 05); magnesium sulfate + SM + LMWH group had the best effect on extending APTT (38. 09 ±3. 48 s, P<0.05).? Magnesium sulfate group prolonged the least pregnancy days (4.21 ±2. 53 d) than the other three groups (P<0.05); magnesium sulfate + SM + LMWH group had much higher newborn baby survival rate (100.00%)than magnesium sulfate group (71.05%)(P<0.05). Conclusions:The treatment stratigy of Magnesium sulfate plus SM and LMWH has a better effect than magnesium sulfate alone on early-onset preeclampsia.关键词
