CO2点阵激光联合硅酮凝胶治疗面部痤疮瘢痕的疗效观察
Clinical study on the CO2 fractional laser associated with silicon ointment on acne scar
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects and side-effects with application of CO2 fractional laser associated silicon ointment on acne scar. Methods 40 cases with acne scars were divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated by CO2 fractional laser and silicon ointment and control group just by CO2 fractional laser only. After 5 consecutive treatment the effectives rate and side-effects were recorded and compared. Results The effective rate of treatment group is higher than control group.Among them.the effective rate of hyperplastic scar is higher than atrophic scar in treatment group and equal in Control group.There are 1 case of pigmentation occurred in treatment group and 3 cases in control group. Conclusion The clinical effectiveness of CO2 fractional laser associated with silicon ointment is better than CO2 fractional laser, especially for hyperplastic scars.Thus it is worthwhile for popularization and application in acne scar.关键词
