膜引导骨再生技术在上前牙美学区牙种植手术中的临床应用研究
Clinical application of guided bone regeneration technique for dental implants in the anterior maxilla
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of dental implants using the Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR) technique in the anterior maxilla. Methods 22 Ankylos implants were simultaneously placed in the alveolar ridge of the anterior maxilla with the coralline hydroxyapatite followed by a membrane coverage,the membrane included resorbable collagen membrane (18 pieces) and titanium membrane (4 pieces) totally.At the 4~6 months healing period, the bone regeneration of all implants were observed by successive clinical and X -ray examination. Results 22 implants were treated by GBR procedure,2 implants failed,the other implants functioned well and met esthetic request after an average follow-up of 6 months. Conclusion The GBR technique can improve the bone quality and preserve bone quality when inserting implants in anterior maxilla esthetic zone.The clinical treatment effects are satisfactory.关键词
