Abstract
Objective:Of psychological intervention on patients with ischemic stroke negative emotion and quality of life. Methods: 134 cases of ischemic stroke patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group 64 cases 70 cases. To usual care control group I in the usual care intervention group on the basis of a comprehensive psychological intervention. Used self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) and the Short Form 36 (SF-36) were admitted to hospital admission and after 1 month rate of 2 groups of patients. Results:Two groups of patients on admission SDS, SAS score was no significant difference (P>0.05), 1 month after the intervention group, SDS, SAS scores were significantly lower than the control group (P<0. 01), 1 -month SF-intervention group 36 All scores were significantly increased compared with the control group were significantly different (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). Conclusion: Comprehensive psychological intervention can improve patients with ischemic stroke anxiety and depression, but also significantly improve their quality of life.com关键词
