Abstract
Objective:To analyze the variation on the diagnosis and treatment of cornual pregnancy during 10 years. Methods:The clinical date of 49 patients with cornual pregnancy during January 2001 and december 2010 were retrospectively reviewed. Results:The rate of cornual pregnancy in ectopic pregnancy was elevated from 1. 2% during January 2001 and december 2005 to 2. 2% during January 2006 and december 2010; the final diagnosis rate was elevated from 60% to 91. 2% ; hysteroscopes and laparoscopic operation rate was elevated from 33. 3% to 85. 3% , there was significant difference in these items(P<0. 05). The random artificial or drug abortion rate was descented from 20. 0% to 5. 9% ; and the hemorrhagic shock rate was descented from 13. 5% to 5. 9%, there was no significant difference in these two items(P>0. 05), but the downtrend could be seen during this 5 years. Conlusion:The incidence of cornual pregnancy was gradually higher,B—ultrasound was the main method for it's diagonsis, the treatment of cornual pregnancy was diverse and every patient should be treated with the patient's and hospital's condition.关键词
