Studies on six cytokines in serum of coronary heart disease patients

摘要
Abstract
Objective: The significance of serum cytokine profile in coronary heart disease patients have been evaluated by observing the variation cytokines. Methods:The serum IL—4,IL—6,IL—8, VEGF,IFN— ,EGF in70 patients and 46 matched healthy volunteers have been observed. Serum cytokines had been measured by radio— immunity methods. Results:The serum level of increased obviously in patients . The serum level of IL—4 decreased compared with the control group . There were many abnormal serum cytokines have been found in three different types of patients especially the serum level of IL—6,IL—8, VEGF. Conclusion:The variation of serum cytokines is related with the different types of coronary heart disease, which suggests that cytokines is useful to diagnose.关键词
