Abstract
Purpose Analysis on the study patients with high blood pressure medication compliance factors. To study and improve the medication adherence nursing countermeasures. Methods-Our analysis in December 2008 to December 2010 records of 420 cases were diagnosed as primary patients with high blood pressure medication. Survey the related factors,Analyzed the influence of the drug in patients with compliance. Results:205 patients taking medicine sex is higher, 215 patients medication compliance is poorer, Patients medication compliance rate was 48. 8%. Patient sex, age, family education degree, economic, adverse drug reactions, high blood pressure common sense and family history and other factors of compliance with medicine. Conclusion: In fluence of medicine compliance with many factors, Choose positive nursing strategies and using a directive nursing measures is to improve the drug adherence the key.关键词
