Abstract
Objective: to observe the clinical effect of ultra pulsed CO2 laser in the treatment of Xanthelasma Palpebrarum. Methods: The experimental group of 35 cases was treated with ultra pulse CO2 laser,and establish a method of using continuous CO2 as contro group. Results: Ultra pulse CO2 laser therapy group recovered 24 cases, excellent 7 cases, the effective rate was 88. 3%; continuous CO2 laser therapy group recovered 8 cases, excellent 14 cases, the effective rate was 72. 5%. Two efficient X2 test (X2 = 7. 924,P<0. 05). significant efficiency comparison of differences between the two groups. Conclusion: the effective rate of the ultra pulse CO2 laser in the treatment group is significantly higher than continuous CO2 laser in the treatment group.关键词
