摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate patients with chronic hepatitis B virus replication and serum HBeAg, HBV —DNA levels and liver injury. Methods: The hospital in January 2004 —2,009 in the past 5 years, 1 month diagnosed chronic for the 90 patients with chronic hepatitis B were detected by enzyme —linked immunosorbent assay of serum HBV markers, quantitative PCR detection of serum HBV —DNA content, while fully automated analyzer used in patients with liver function. Results: 38 patients with chronic hepatitis B patients with HBeAg—positive rate of expression and HBV—DNA levels were significantly higher than the negative group (P<0. 05). Acute hepatitis and chronic severe hepatitis and HBV—DNA detection rate of HBV—DNA levels and liver function were significantly higher than mild and moderate chronic hepatitis group (P<0. 05). Conclusion; The different type of hepatitis, liver damage and viral replication and serum HBeAg, HBV—DNA concentration was consistent expression.关键词
