摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of the red and blue light combine with Chen's acne clear for acne. And to explore the therapeutic effect. Methods Choose moderate to severe (Pillsbury classification of Ⅱ or Ⅲ degree) of acne vulgaris 92 patients, Divided into experimental group (46 cases) and control group (46 cases) randomly. Experimental group were treated with red and blue combined with Chen's acne Clear, control group only were treated with Chen's Acne clear, Observe and evaluate its therapeutic effect. Results The cure rate was 21.7%, the effective rate was 82.6% in experimental group, the cure rate was 10.8% and the effective rate was 54.3% in control group, between the two groups, cure rates and efficiency rates were with statistical significance (P<0.05).Only one case appeared skin turn red. Conclusion Combination Red and blue Light and Chen's Acne Clear therapy for inflammatory acne seems to be superior to use Chen's Acne Clear alone, and side effects were minimal关键词
