摘要
Abstract
Objective: Explore surgical skills and feasibility skin—sparing mastectomy of breast cancer [Include keeping the nipple areola complex (NAC)skin] and immediate reconstruction using silicone prosthesis. Methods! 83 breast cancer patients after skin—sparing mastectomy during the same period in the pectoralis major muscle after implantation of silicone prosthesis breast reconstruction, Postoperative follow —up and massage and adjuvant treatment. Results: Patients were followed up 6—72 months, All patients without local recurrence and distant metastasis occurred. At the same time breast reconstruction effect except 1 patient after radiotherapy for appear capsular contracture, take out silicone prosthesis. Postoperative e-valuation fine appearance in 82 cases (98. 80%). Conclusion: Skin—sparing mastectomy of breast cancer and immediate reconstruction using silicone prosthesis with a minimally invasive, safe, easy operation, quick postoperative recovery characteristics, After the reconstruction of breast beautiful. Accord with breast cancer treatment and cosmetic medicine principle. It is a safe and feasible, is worthy to be popularized treatment关键词
