摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the aesthetic effect of periareolar incision to cure the gynecomastia. Methods: The half梒ycle incision was taken in the lower edge of the areola under the tumescent anesthesia, Subcutaneous dissected to the edge of the gland hyperplasia, and then spined off its base, total removed, the wound was placed a drainage tube and wraped with pressure. Results:With 6 monthes followed梪p,the Wound scar is not obvious, flat梒hested, beautiful shape and without recur as well. Conclusions:The procedure with periareolar incision in gynecomastia is much more Superior than other surgical methods. It is worth popularizing.关键词
