清热滋阴明目汤联合抗病毒西药治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎

摘要
Abstract
Objective;To observe the efficacy of combining Qing—re—zi—yin—min—soup and western antiviral drug in the treatment of herpes simplex virus infected keratitis. Methods: Total of 136 patients are recruited in the study. Patients are divided into two groups, 71 patients are treated with combination of Qing—re—zi—yin— min—mu~soup and western antiviral medicine; the other 65 patients are treated with western anti—viral medicine only. Results-.In the combination treatment group. 66 patients are cured completely, 4 patients show significant improvement with different degrees of spot pannusi 1 patients show no effects. Overall, the combination group shows 98. 6% effectiveness. In 1—3 years follow up, 2. 86% patients relapse. In western anti—viral treatment group, 57 patients are cured, 2 patients show significant improvement with different degrees of spot "pannus"( 6 patients show no effect. The total effectiveness is 90. &%. in 1 — 3 years follow—up, 8. 47% patients relapse. There is significant difference between two treatment method based on statistic analysis (p<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of inside and outside of Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of herpes simplex keratitis way, you can play alone, the Western medicine is more significant economic effect, and the prevention of recurrence.关键词
