摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate effective treatments for hand deep bum with satisfy appearance and functional outcome. Methods 380 hands in 210 patients were treated according to a combined treatment including early-stage escharectomy,timely plastic surgery,prepensely rehabilitation training and scar prophylaxis upon the onset of scarring. Results Autologous intermediate skin grafts were transplanted to all 380 hands.skin grafts in 379 hands taken well except for 1 experiencing distal digits amputation. The outcome were classified according to a accepted criterion, with 280 (74%)excellent,80(21%) fine,19 (5%) bad. Conclusion With the combined treatment,deep burn hand can restore a well appearance and functional outcome approximately to normal hand.关键词
