摘要
Abstract
As the development of medical technology, it's important to strengthen the management of the whole team and improve the nurse' quality. The patients in ICU are suffering from sever diseases and being isolated by medical stuff. Nurses in ICU are expected to constantly perfect themselves not only professionally but also comprehensively in that patients in ICU absolutely depend on medical stuff's observation and care and the update of instrument keep pace with the world. Only study constantly can nurses make progress, cooperate with doctors well, innovate technology of nursing , so that nursing business could be developed ceaselessly.关键词
