急救部常见护患纠纷原因分析及对策

Abstract
Objective:To approach the reason and precaution of the nurse—patient dispute in emergent medical center. Methods:To evaluate the reason of nurse—patient dispute, and to find out the precaution subsequently. ResultS:The reasons lies on the nursing service, medical charge, professional quality, law consciousness, nursing document, responsibility, and lack of communication, and so on. Conclusion:The improve of the service consciousness, the elevation of the emergent treatment technique, the emphasize of the policy, and the improve of the communication and be effective to reduce the disputate.关键词
