摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of vacuum assisted closure in treating the cutaneous chronic wounds in different location. Methods;24 patients in hospital with cutaneous chronic wounds in different location were treated by vacuum sealing after debridement. The growth time of granulation tissue and the extinct time of bacterium were used to evaluate the treatment results. Results:The wounds in pate possessed apparent predominance in both the growth of granulation tissue and the extinct of bacterium than the wounds in trunk and in extremities. Conclusion:The clinical effect of vacuum assisted closure in treating the cutaneous chronic wounds was close correlation with the different occurred location of wounds.关键词
