Abstract
Objective To demonstrate the use and the advantages of photonic depilation treatment for post-nasal reconstruction patients using the expanded forehead flap. Methods 28 patients were included in this clinical study treated by Alma Platform. Each patient received individualized intensity and pulse to depilate the expanded forehead flap after nasal reconstruction. The hair loss as well as the satisfactory rate of the patients were assessed. Results After 5 ~8 sessions, 25 patients presented complete recovery taking a rate of 89.29% .other 3 patients showed signs of improvements taking a rate of 10.71%. Conclusion Using photonic depilation is an effective as well as clinically -applicable treatment for post-nasal reconstruction patients using the expand forehead flap.关键词
