Abstract
Objective: To investigate care experience of 117 cases of patient enterocutaneous fistula. Methods: 117 patients with enterocutaneous fistula patients, will focus on care of these patients surgery and non—surgical observation and care, at the same time giving the appropriate care. Results: After treatment the patients, the cure rate reached 91. 5%, after definitive surgery were cured 60. 7%, fistula healing time of 15 days to 10 months, an average of 96 days, with an average healing time of 41 days. Conclusion: The nurses do a good job of psychological care of patients at the same time the responsibility and basic care is a strong guarantee for successful treatment.关键词
