摘要

Abstract

[Objective] This study investigated the efficacy of BDYJAL for the reduction of Escherkhia. Coli DH5α on grass carp fillets. [ Method ] For the whole Lysis study, BDYJAL was used to test its ability on 32 potentially pathogenic strains. The experiment was carried out by three groups,lower dose group (host: BALO, 1 :1) ,higher dose group ( host-'BALO, 1:10) and the control. For the grass carp fillet study,samples were inoculated with Escherkhia coli DH5α to examine the potential of BDYJAL in the growth control of potentially pathogenic bacteria. [ Result] BDYJAL lysis rate was 93. 8%. In comparison to the control,cell increments of E. Coli DH5α were lower in the two BALO-treated groups. Interestingly,higher dose group (host:BALO, 1:10) seemed has the same effect with lower dose group (host:BALO, 1:1) in growth control of bacteria. [Conclusion] BDYJAL could control E. Coli DH5α on grass carp fillets.
