摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The content of eight kinds of inorganic anions: F- , Cl- , NO2- , Br- , NO3- , PO43-, SO32- and SO42- in the environmental water such as drinking water, surface water, rainwater and slush, sewage and so on was determined. [Method] The content of anions in the sample from environmental water was tested with the method of ion chromatography. 6.0 mmol/L Na,CO3 and 5.0 mmol/L NaHCO3 were adopted as eluent solution, and the analysis of one testing sample of 25 μl could be done within 17 minutes in IonPac AS14A analytical column(250 mm ×4 mm) and an ASRS-ULTRA Ⅱ (4 mm) anion self-regenerating suppressor. [ Result] Six anions: F- , Cl- , NO2- , NO3- , PO4 3- and SO4 2- , could be detected in environmental water and other twos was not found in testing sample. The detection limit of eight anions was 6.3-28.3 (μg/L, the recovery was 90.0% - 110.0% and the RSD was less than 4%. [ Conclusion] The method was rapid, accurate and with simple pretreatment, which could completely meet the demand of the analysis for anions in environmental water.
