摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for the water bloom control of eutrophic water. [ Method] Using indoor simulation method, the influences of different nitrogen-phosphorus ratio on the growth of phytoplankton algae and attached algae were studied. [Result] When nitrogen-phosphorus ratio was 20:1, phytoplankton algae under the conditions of mono-culture and mixed culture grew well. The highest concentration difference of phytoplankton algae was 159 x 105 cells /L. When nitrogen-phosphorus ratio was 10:1, the phytoplankton algae were significantly affected. The peak concentration of algae under the conditions of mono-culture was only 155 × 105 cells / L. [Conclusion] Nitrogen-phosphorus ratio had significant effects on the concentration of algae.关键词
