摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The useful reference for the production of polysaccharides from Coprinus comatus was provided through the research, which would widen its application value in food industry. [ Method ] The optimum condition of the polysaccharide extracted from Coprinus comatus with the method of hydrolysate was determined through the orthogonal experiment based on the single factor test. [ Result] The result indicated that the order of the factor affecting its extracting efficiency was temperature > time > pH value and the optimum condition was the time was 3.5 hours, the temperature was 30℃ , the pH value was 3.0 and the application amount of cellulose was1. 0% , under which condition, the extracting rate of polysaccharides was 17.4%. [ Conclusion] The method of polysaccharide extracted from Coprinus comatus was optimized.
