Abstract
[Objective] To characterize the structure of neotame-calcium chelate, and to optimize the synthesis conditions. [Method] Using neotame and CaCO3 as material, the synthesis conditions were optimized by orthogonal test and the structure of chelate was characterized through elementary analysis, infrared spectrum, thermogravimetric analysis and x-ray powder diffraction. [ Result ] The optimum synthesis conditions were as below; ratio of neotame to CaCO3 of 1:2, reacting temperature of 90 ℃ and reacting duration of 3 h. Neotame and calcium had a successful ligand with an excellent crystal form, and the calcium accounted for 9.20% in the chelate. The inferred composition of the chelate was Ca (C20H20N2O5) · H2O. [Conclusion] This case provided an effective method for preparing neotame-calcium chelate.关键词
