Abstract
With Xiangfan National Level High-tech Zone as study object, the evaluating index system for land intensive use was constructed, and land intensive use in development zone was evaluated. The results showed that the proportion of urban construction land is large, the land intensive use degree is high; the intensive degree of management performance is prominent. Finally, some reasonable advices were put forward: first, adjusting land range appropriately; second, intensively using land; third, attracting investment according to intensification principle; fourth, intensifying infrastructural construction; fifth, creating fine development environment.关键词
