响应面法优化超声提取波罗蜜叶中总黄酮的工艺
Optimization of Ultrasonic-assisted Extraction of Total Flavonoids from Leaves of the Artocarpus heterophyllus by Response Surface Methodology

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the ultrasonic-assisted extract on of total flavonoids from leaves of the Artocarpus heterophyl-lus. Methods:Investigated the effects of ethanol concentration,extraction time,and liquid-solid ratio on flavonoids yield. A 17-run response surface design involving three factors at three levels was generated by the Design-Expert software and experimental data obtained were subjected to quadratic regression analysis to create a mathematical model describing flavonoids extraction. Results:The optimum ultrasonic assisted extraction conditions were; ethanol volume fraction 69.4% and liquid-solid ratio of 22. 6- 1 for 32 min. Under these optimized conditions,the yield of flavonoids was 7. 55 mg/g. Conclusion: The Box-Behnken design and response surface analysis can well optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Artocarpus heterophyllut.关键词
