Determination of Quercetin in Rutin with the Method of RP-HPLC
[目的]建立反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定芦丁中槲皮素含量的方法.[方法]用C(18)(250 mm × 4.6 mm)色谱柱,流动相为水-乙腈-冰乙酸(1060:350:45,V:V:V),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为254 nm.[结果]采用水-乙腈-冰乙酸系统为流动相,分离效果好,峰型好,分离时间短,计算结果准确;以甲醇为溶媒提取时间短,提取杂质少.槲皮素含量在4-12 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程Y=128…查看全部>>
